The LSC Rib Cookoff is open to all styles of ribs (pork ribs) – smoked, grilled, braised, Memphis style, Carolina style, dry rub, Texas style, sweet & smoky, savory, spicy, etc. The parking lot will be closed for parking and open for all teams to setup a tent and cook your masterpiece at the club. Bring your tables, chairs, grill, smoker, whatever it takes! What's better than hanging out with your friends on a perfect afternoon, cool beverage in hand, cookin' some ribs?! The competition is open to both LSC members and non-members, however all teams must include an LSC member; non-members must be sponsored by an active LSC member. If your guests are swimming, guest fees apply. The winning rib entry will receive $100 in club tickets and be crowned the “King or Queen of Lincolnshire!” A plaque inscribed with your team name will be placed in the Lincolnshire Swim Club clubhouse for all to see.
